Because all items are made to order through our production partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

If your order has not yet entered production, it may be cancelled for a full refund. Once production has started, only partial refunds may be possible.
